Hanami Collagen Ampoule by SHJW is a drinkable collagen supplement that comes in a box of 28 vials of 25ml each. Just one small vial a day, ideally in the evening before bed. It combines extracts from nine kinds of berries with vitamin C, hydrolyzed elastin and coenzyme Q10. Think of it as a step that cares for your skin from within, alongside your usual skincare. It is a food supplement, not a medicine, and does not replace medical treatment.

The supplier also suggests a longer course of three months daily followed by a six-month break. Pair it with a moisturiser on the skin and plenty of vegetables and fruit.
