THE WHOO Hwanyu Imperial Youth Balancer is a concentrated toner with a rich, essence-like texture. It spreads easily, sinks in quickly and leaves no sticky feel, so your skin feels soft, hydrated and ready for the rest of your routine. Its refined, gentle scent makes each application a small moment of calm in your daily skincare ritual.
Designed to nourish the skin, support its protective barrier and help it hold moisture for longer. The rich formula can help soften the skin's surface, leaving it feeling smooth, supple and well prepared for the next layers of skincare.
Key ingredients include Imperial Ginsenium TM, whole-plant wild mountain ginseng and Andrographis (xuyên tâm liên).
After cleansing, or after Hwanyu Imperial Youth First Serum, apply a suitable amount to a cotton pad and gently sweep it over the face following the skin's natural texture as a final cleansing step. Then pour a little more into your palm, smooth it gently over the whole face in the same direction and pat lightly to help it absorb.
Suitable for most skin types, especially dry skin or skin that needs extra hydration and nourishment after cleansing.
