THE WHOO Cheongidan Radiant Balancing Toner is the first nourishing step right after cleansing. Its light, watery texture is designed to rebalance the skin and give it a first layer of care. Part of THE WHOO's Cheongidan line, inspired by traditional Eastern herbal beauty, it carries a soft, elegant magnolia scent as you pat it in. The 150ml bottle fits easily into both your morning and evening routine.
Designed to rebalance the skin after cleansing and to act as the first nourishing step in your routine. It can help skin feel less dry and look fresher and more radiant, with a delicate magnolia fragrance.
Key ingredients include the Cheongidan complex with hoàng kim (golden herb), mountain ginseng berries and deer antler extract.
After cleansing, pour a suitable amount into your palm and smooth it gently over the whole face following the skin's natural direction, then pat lightly to help it absorb. You can also apply it with a cotton pad, sweeping it evenly across the face.
Suitable for most skin types, especially dry skin or skin that needs extra hydration and nourishment after cleansing.
