THE WHOO Mi Velvet Lip Rouge No 18 Special Set brings a velvet matte lipstick from the Gongjinhyang Mi Velvet Lip Rouge 2023 holiday collection. The colour shows true on the lips and is designed not to be altered by your natural lip tone. The texture glides on softly and settles into a smooth, velvety finish. The set comes with a pocket mirror, and both the case and mirror carry gold engraved details inspired by Christmas.
Designed for long-lasting, vivid colour with a soft velvet feel. It can help keep lips moisturised, reduce dryness and flaking, and leave them looking fuller and fresher. Multi-purpose powder particles help the lip surface look smoother.
Contains the traditional herbal ingredients Hong Ngoc Bach Tan (Red Jade complex) and Sinh Khi Ngu Hoa Don (five-flower vitality blend), plus multi-purpose powder particles.
Apply directly to the lips, working from the centre outwards. Press your lips together gently to spread the colour evenly.
